Tuberculosis Testing and Treatment
We offer TB skin tests every week, and follow-up tests and treatment when needed for those who test positive. Field TB testing is available for groups.
Location: DeWitt and Piatt County Offices
Eligibility: Anyone 18 years of age and older may come to us for TB tests. Those under 18 will complete a Child TB screening form before testing.
Cost: No charge for DeWitt and Piatt County residents. See Public Health Fees for non-residents.
How do I get services? Walk in or make an appointment to come in during program hours.

Monday, Tuesday & Friday 8-4
* call for evening hours
Must return in 72 hours to have test read or may be assessed a fee.
