STI testing is available at both offices at low to no cost for Chlamydia and Gonorrhea.  If you have a Medicaid card, please bring that with you.  To schedule an appointment, please call 217-935-3427 (DeWitt County office) or 217-762-7911 (Piatt County office).  Treatment is offered once results are confirmed.  Expedited partner therapy is also available.  For questions, please call either office.

Anyone living with HIV/AIDS is eligible for case management services, regardless of income or insurance. Those who meet income and insurance guidelines are also eligible for dental care, housing services, utility support, primary HIV medical care, nutrition services, vaccinations, transportation assistance, mental health services and legal services. NOTICE: Illinois now requires that those conducting confidential HIV tests to report the names of those who test positive to the state health department. This information is CONFIDENTIAL. No one who works for Public Health or for the state may disclose your HIV status without your written permission. Your privacy is protected by law. ANONYMOUS tests results are NOT reported to the state.

Eligibility: Anyone who is HIV positive and living in one of the following counties is eligible for case management: Champaign, Coles, DeWitt, Douglas, Edgar, Ford, Iroquois, Livingston, Piatt and Vermillion. Any HIV-positive person living in the above counties who meets income and insurance guidelines is eligible for all other services. Call for details.
