The temporary food permit application form for the Apple 'n Pork Festival has been updated.  The application fee is $50 for a 2 day event.  The due date to avoid a late fee is 9/11/2026. Applications postmarked/received after 9/11/2026 will have a $50 late fee in addition to the application fee.

Applications can be submitted either by mail, email, or by being dropped off at either location. To submit by mail, please send to PO Box 518, Clinton, IL 61727.  To submit by email, please send to [email protected]
