Meetings are held at 5:45 pm unless otherwise stated every 4th Wednesday of the month, every other month except for November,r when it is held on the 3rd Wednesday.  Location alternates between the office located in DeWitt County (5924 Revere Rd., Clinton, IL  61727) and the office located in Piatt County (1020 S.
